I have had the opportunity to work with Creative Link for many years.

I have always found Mark to be very approachable, mild mannered and extremely helpful in every business situation.

Mark will ensure that every job is performed to the highest standard of quality, and will work with you to ensure the job is costed and delivered at the best possible value for money.

With regard to communication, Mark and his colleagues at Creative Link keep you abreast of what stage the job is at, I have never had the necessity to ‘chase’ him up on any job and more often than not jobs are completed ahead of time.

The courtesy and business prowess of Creative Link is further illustrated when you have a reason to deal with their business partners as they are clearly selected as like minded people with courtesy and customer service their top priority. Deliveries are made without complaint, on time, every time.

On the rare occasion when a job has not been completed entirely satisfactory, this has been rectified with a customer focussed approach and a lessons learned conclusion which assists both supplier and customer and never with a blame approach or cost conscious decision.

Information received from Mark in relation to a job was always clear and accurate, with little or no baffling jargon, this made dealing with Creative Link easy, no question was deemed too simple and no task deemed too small. Invoices were prompt, accurate and 100% reflective of the purchase order and completed.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Creative Link as a Designers and Print Managers, and hope we will have the opportunity to work together again in the future.
